1. Go to https://milestonesadmin.cmnhospitals.org/ and make sure the participant has redeemed their award. If they haven't, send them the link to redeem their reward.
2. If they have redeemed it and it's been over 3 weeks go to the dropdown with "select" and choose the incentive they're asking about. Once selected click "Add Code", give it a few seconds and once the new code is added you can send it to the participant and they can fill out their info so Adcentives can send out a replacement.
