You can look for the channel that's most related to your question topic on the left, they all start with #. There are some that just have info like #extra-life-faq that will have most of the answers about Extra Life! 

Search by clicking a channel and typing in the search box there, and if you can't find what you're looking for you can just ask in #General-support and our community will be able to help you out!
